'73 steering column

even though the '73 up column has only 2 dash bolts is it still useable on a '70 and is the wiring compatible?
I have a fellow who wants a 73 column i have for sale but i don't want to sell it to him if it won't work for his '70 duster.
also what about the '73 dash cluster aside from the extra display lights?
