would like to warn you of a loser

i want to take the opportunity to warn everyone of a loser who recently bought a set of rims from me.
his name is VICTOR ALONZO.
I have several phone numbers and an address is anyone is interested.

it all started on july 18. we agreed to a price and a ship date. we also agreed to do a money order since paypal was not an option. Granted, this is my fault to agree to this with someone with no history but I have had only wonderful experience on this forum and figured I would give him a chance.
this has turned out to be a mistake. after 3 weeks on not seeing the money that he not only said was sent, I also had a tracking number for it.
he then calls and says one of the rims is bent. fine I said keep it take the money off the top and send me my money. It was obvious he never sent it at that point but again I let it go.
since then he has used every excuse in the book and still no money.
I have tried to be understanding but I am done. I am listing his personal info below. I understand the moderator may remove it and I respect that but I feel it is necessary so he does not use any other name since I see he was looking at buying other things on here.
hopefully enough will see it too help.
any help in this matter will be appreciated. I have had a wonderful experience with all others I have dealt with and look forward to that continuing. unfortunately there are losers everywhere.

make sure you post negitive feedback on his profile so others know and see it
 
you sent a set of rims before you received payment with someone who has no history.
 
I looked him up on google earth. it appears the house is empty. write to occupants at 24971 and ask about him. Tell them what happened and see if they have info. if that does not work, contact the police in that area and see what they can do.

yes I sent the rims and took a chance after I saw the money order and tracking number.
I took a chance and tried to cut him a break that's my fault I know.

what can the local police do?

I did that once with a bad deal that I had. The moderators deleted my negative feedback and he burnt someone else 3 months later.... :sad5:
 
I am usually very hard to dseal with with my money requirements and this time got careless and got burned.
I do have what appears to be his work number and a home number and another cell number. basically he will remember this as I can torment him for quite a while and intend to as long as I can. it been fun calling him a few dozen times on both numbers until he responds. I also plan to look for any other numbers I can find to continue.
any ideas on this would be appreciated.
 
Email a copy of all the correspondence, etc.. to his local police dept.. That's Fraud,, and it's likely they will pay him a visit.. and may offer you some legal alternatives,,

They may already have a file on him,, and need an excuse to go interview/bust him..

everybody on FABO needs to give Maria a call. she will have to change her number. if you aren't going to get paid, at least you can have some fun at the same time you have learned a valuable lesson.
 
you are right it was my mistake.
i tried to give a new guy a break. i was sent a pic of a tracking number for a postal money order. he claims it was lost. i had this happen so no big deal.
he then calls and says 1 rim is bent. fine. i reduced the price for that and said send the money. still no money. weeks pass. then he says will ups money and never saw it. then he says he is on the way to moneygram and it never happened.
now since i have listed it on here and did a search on him and his personal info to get a good address as this one looks suspicious he is starting to get defensive ans say he has bills. guess what, so do i.
i am still waiting to see what he does. and as far as comunication. i have to repeatedly call both numbers 10 to 15 times to get him to respond to text. now sudenly he is texting me. hope he gets this straight.
as far as learning a lesson i have always been aware of people like this.
i finally try to help a guy out and this happens. that life i guess.
this has been going on since early july. i think by now he should have been able to come up with the money by now.
 
i try to get along with everyone
as for his wife. i was told he had a work number and a personal number. i looked it up to find it was in what apears to be his wifes name. maybe it is his. either way i just want everyone to know who he is without any exceptions. this is IMO not acceptable since i have dealt with so many good people on this site. it may never get resolved but i hope he wont do this again. as far as his excusses, if he is in a financial situation he should say so. otherwise pay me or return the rims.

she's benefiting from his theft. also a lot of people don't know they have a thief in their neighborhood. wife and nbors can really put pressure on. it's worth a shot. Even tough police might not be able to do anything. it might start him to think. He's hoping you'll ignore him. keep the pressure on.
