Mopar performance valve covers?

I like to follow the factory routing.
The PCV on the left/driver side along with an oil fill. RH has a breather. The way I see it, with a worn high mile engine or a fresh build, there will always be some degree of crankcase pressure. The PCV pulls that out from the engine and REburns it. The breather on the RH side actually should be an inlet for fresh air to enter if the PCV is drawing in enough crankcase vapor?
