WHere can i buy 10 inch rear drums for 69 Swinger SMALL BOLT pattern?

good luck,
I haven't been able to find any new ones for a while,
wish someone would start making them, hell I would even be happy to find some cheap chinese made ones

small bolt 10" drums are small bolt 10" drums
doesn't matter what they came off of,
so 70 duster drums should work just fine
the big bolt 10" drums are wider,

Get ahold of whitepunkonnitro (user here on FABO). He may still have some used ones left. Finding nice used is pretty much your best bet at this point, or wait to see if some new ones turn up on ebay again. I got the last ones I saw pop up on ebay that Oklacarcollecto pointed me to and paid through the ear for them (but they were made in Canada, so at least not Chinese).

The only reason I wanted to keep SBP on my GTS is because I'm trying to keep it as close to original as possible (the drums won't be of course), but honestly, any other car, I would just upgrade to LBP axles & brakes and be done with it. SO much less hassle in the long run for brakes and wheels. Then I'd go to 15" wheels for same reason. Even 14" tires (that look okay on a muscle car) are getting hard to come by anymore.

I got mine at Carlisle from Mobile Parts, Craig Studnick He is out of NY and Brake Parts are his specialty. Been buying stuff from him for years.

Funny dude too, and knows Mopar brakes through and through!!

I left him a message ... if it falls through.. then i will purchase the ones in ebay

7 1/4" or 8 3/4" rear end? Both have 10" SBP drums, but they are different.

the 8 3/4 drums look different, they have a flair on the back
but the 7 1/4 drums fit and work just fine,

No more than 5 years ago when I bought them, A guy over on SlantSix.org said he had them at Carlisle this summer. Can't remember the price. $90 bucks maybe.

I have found 9'' bell drums on 7 1/4'' rears that I thought were 10'' because of seeing the bell. I assumed they were 10''........Wrong !

Drums are the same.

All 69 back drums didn't have bells. 1970 through 1972 had bells. There could have been some carry over. Engine didn't matter as a /6 could be ordered with 10" brakes.

$150?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
that guy is smoking CRACK!!!!!!

$150.00 for a pair isn't a bad price for something that is no longer available and wasn't made in China.

7 1/4" rear use 10"x 1.75" brake shoes.
8 3/4" rear use 10"x 2.25" brake shoes.
I don't have a 8 3/4" to compare, but the 7 1/4" drums I have do not have an extra 1/2" of surface/width on them?

All rears use 10" x 1.75 on the small bolt pattern with the 8.75 also. Fronts use 10" x 2.25. That is why you have to get different backing plates when you upgrade to bbp.
