mopar 413 engine???

If all your after is the block to build a stroker then I'd say yeah it would be a good starting point, motorhome blocks were cast with smallish thick wall cylinder bores. On a stroker build the stock rotating assy usually hits the scrap bin anyway so the heavy crank and ultra low compression pistons are out of the equation and the heavy duty heads, intake, water pump, cam, etc... can be swapped to std production stuff. As long as the these engines haven't been severely overheated or frozen they should be a good base for a stroker build.
