a 413 is well worth the effort if it is cheap enough ...I like to take the nice strong forged cranks from them and put them in last cast crank 440s ....to make a forged crank 440......the later 440 blocks are good enough to use and with that strong 413 crank is a cheap and winning combo
413 is an RB engine so the stroke is the same 3.75 and the main journals are the same ....so its a direct swappy swappy
just make sure the engine rotates in the proper direction ...some industrial 413 engine turned in the opposite direction ...and also check the back of the crank to make sure its a 6 bolt flange and not the 8 bolt which is for a different application
