EDIT, was typing as you posted, LOL................so it's fixed and works OK?
The MAP light is a 67, but the dome socket and bulb should be dual contact --1004. So are we talking about the dome or the map?
Look in the socket.......should be dual contact similar to a stop/ tail light
Dome lamp should be dual contact 1004.
If not this is likely the problem.
The "yellows" are the ground side switching. Pink is likely hot side
