1966 Dodge and the D-Dart 'Mistake'

Alan,

Should have been Biscayne Dodge.

The Dart was also at the February 1969 Miami Winternationals @ Miami Speedway Park in Hollywood.

In 1969 they went back to K/Stock with a 273/235 HP Factor, and won Class at
the Miami Winternationals.

They must have been 'swapping' Camshafts, Carburetors and Intakes each year.

Or, maybe just the Carb and Intake.................'Those Tricky Floridians'

Dang -- You are a wealth of knowledge. I looked at my emails and found one from Commando1. His name is Stan. So they might not have been his car.

According to info, a photo, I got from Jon Rasbach, he raced 'The Politican' up at the Lapeer track in Mich in 1970 as an LS/A. It didn't have the Holley on it and they did modify the trans tunnel to get an automatic shifter in it. He was holding a nice little trophy in the picture. I'm thinking that he might have left the cam and intake as it was just took off the carb and carb adapter. The intake is a 771 that's for a 273 W/CAP so it could be used as a stock part.
