Hey all mancicni wants $290 for xhd rear springs.
Are there any other better places to purchase.
Shipping was $over 60 bucks.
i want to get rid of the mono leafs and caltrac setup.
also will be putting these up forsale.

I bought my SS Springs from Jegs or Summit for $109 each. With shipping, it was under $240 total. Not sure if prices have changed recently. I bought the HD SS springs (3,300 lb), but I believe they have one or two lower tiers of springs depending on what you're looking for.

I am interested in your possible selling of the cal tracs. You can also still get the SS springs and de arch them. Or you can check JCwhitney.com

I would check with ESPO http://www.springsnthings.com/ . I too have a new set of Caltrac split Monos that came with the car, just looking at them make me think it will not make for a good ride. However if you are hooking gobs of HP to the ground these with their bars and adjustable shocks seem to be the ticket.

S/S springs have a stiff ride as well .
You can do what people that want a level car do and by two of the same side springs .

Have you tried just suspension ?
I'm sure on there prices ?

I have new s/s or OEM springs if you are interested in trading around towards caltracs.

Hey I here I the as springs have a slight lean to them? How bad is the lean? I would love the rear lift but I don't know how bad the lean would be

JR Springs.....sold thru JC Whitney....

Have had a set on my 73 Duster since 2005....

I got mine from ESPO Springs N Tings and am really happy with them. I got the 1" over stock on the height to get a really nice rake. Good people to talk to.

For your notchback I would not go 1" over stock .
I went with ESPO 1" over stock springs on my 67 notchback. The rear end sat way too high even after letting them settle for 3 years. I finally took them off and had them de-arched. Wow what a difference, Car finally sits right.

thanks that's exactly what i dont want LOL

So you think stock height or 1 under, I know it's a personal choice but i want it like just above the tire or at the top of them.
Right now i have 2 inch lowering blocks to make it come down with the mono leaf.
