I have 349 stroker and an a833 4 speed for my 72 duster
What clutch should I get for the 4 speed?
3 finger? Or the one with a bunch of fingers?

I have a centerforce dual friction clutch .. Works pretty well not too hard on the leg either

How much hp and tq do you think you'll have? the one with many fingers is a diaphragm clutch and is easier to push. the 3 fingers are harder to push at least as a general rule of thumb. A stock replacement 3 finger clutch really isn't that hard to push down though, some guys make it sound a lot worse than it is. If you get a high pressure racing 3 finger clutch you will have a hard time pushing the pedal though.

i dunno....my is capable of holding a lotta power...it was a stiff 3 finger unit, but was no where near as hard as people seemed to make it out to be...

If I remember right, it has more to do with RPM. Call McLeod for a sanity check. What RPM do you shift.

I run a Mcleod Borg & Beck with a 500 series disc and it works great in my Duster
I have 400 hp 366ci and have power shifted it at 6000 and no problems
