Rick, I was honestly a bit surprised by the part of your reply where you reiterated that I should have alerted you privately first. What would you have done differently?
Leanna, first off let me agree with others that you did everyone a service and did nothing wrong.
The statement that you made above kinda said it all for me after reading the "other post", It kinda sounds as if he would have preferred you keep it quiet, at least that's my take on it.
Furthermore after reading Rick's post I'm a tad turned off by it. In my opinion what should have been said is that yeah it was a problem, thank you for pointing it out and let everyone know it isn't happening anymore and move on. That would do more, in my opinion, to bolster business.

In closing, the main reason I didn't write to you privately through FaceBook and used a tag instead was because I've written to you twice privately before (albeit about different subjects than this). You never responded to either one of them.
