Did I say I didn't like people who use water to do burnouts?
What I was referring to was when you go to Woodward, Brice Rd or
Heath etc during a big show and there are a onlookers pouring water
in the street and the cars doing the burnouts are not muscle cars or
show participants but many times a bunch of locals out to prove how
stupid they can act.
