512 Stroker

this is interesting reading. I`m expecting much more power out of my build that what your after.
.030 over 440 block-4.250 forged crank-dished pis.72cc alum heads, fully cnc ported,.039 head gasket-.620-.628 lift 254-260 duration @.050,street roller-all the normal tricks w/ stud girdle on the bottom end. the big problem I see coming is, it doesn`t look like it`s going to fit under my 6 pack scoop. thinking about dropping back to the shorter torker 2 . haven`t made up my mind about carb or fuel inj.(pricey)expecting around 700 h.p., 650ish torque. (all comments welcome on this, good or bad)
hopefully about a 3000 lbs. 68 barracuda street car, w/ 373 ndana 60-727t.f. in it 10x28 drag radials. comments?---( never too much h.p.!)
by the way "fast 2 fuel inj." now good to 1200 h.p. ----bob

What heads are you running? I would say that theres not enough duration in that cam to get 700Hp but it should be up there. My 4.15 stroke .055 over 440 is dynoed at 750hp on 93 pump gas. My cam is a Comp solid flat .662 - .672 lift and 267 - 271 duration at .050". 11/1 comp with cnc'd indy ez heads. Indy single plane intake and 950HP carb. I have since switched to a 1000HP carb. We bolted on an Indy tunnel ram with 2 - 750HP carbs and made 773hp.
