318 Heads: bad valve job?

Alex,

The Valve Stem Height, though off somewhat is not going to make
that much of a difference on a Street Performance Engine with that
K-6901 Camshaft {.441" Lift ~ 276*/288* Duration}.

The Valve Springs though, should be re-set to the recommended Height of
1.65", to provide for an equal 'Spring Load-Rate' of #90 lbs. at installed height.

The Exhaust Valves look like they sit 'nice' in the Valve Seat.

You 'cannot' sink the Intake Valves, just to achieve a closer Stem Height with
the Exhaust Valve stem.........

Remember, once the engine heats up, the Exhaust Valve Head will expand on
the Valve Seat, and shorten the Stem Height.
