My sack of lemons....

Hey I got a raw deal in the end, the guy claimed to be a Boeing mechanic so I thought that meant he was solid, my bad. The 448, not 488, I built 19 years ago and while it was a good engine, I was wanting more power. So im looking at it with knowing I was gonna build a new big block with GOOD heads and all the money that goes along with that. I will still be money behind when it comes to engine management and the TTI mega dollar headers that I will use. This engine will be 420", a 247/255/600 cam and cnc'd 6.1 heads that will flow in the 360's at .600 with stock valves. It should make some steam.

How much to you think this 6.1 will weigh compared to you 448 dressed the same?
