My sack of lemons....

I wish someone would have a weigh party. I cant see a Gen III block being lighter than a 340 block. Only weights ive seen that I trust were a 5.7 Eagle truck motor with no fluids or accessories weighed 512 lbs. And then a 470 B engine all aluminum except block with 7 qts. of oil and no acc weighing in at 519 lbs. That was all Ive found that I thought was reliable. In my case im doing it for a small weight savings but more for the power and efficiency of these new beasts. Plus TTI has their swap 1 3/4" header that clears the Borgeson box. So I took the plunge.
