You know what, I wasn't a huge fan of the wheels until the car was painted either. The wheels are factory take off from a 09 srt caliber. To get the charger rear suspension to work without drastically altering the rear quarters we had to go with a high offset wheel. They are 19 inch and huge, but they really go well with the rest of the car. The wheels haven't been painted at all actually. Exactly the way ma mopar made them.
