Never had a problem with Summit that they weren't real quick to work out. Much friendlier and better customer service with Summit IMO. JEGS don't ever seem to give a crap if they help or not
I gotta say I was SHOCKED with Summit's customer service. I purchased a trans temp gauge kit from them installed it and it didn't work. I narrowed it down to the sending unit and told them about it. The next day I had a complete new kit at my house, return shipping label and all, NO CHARGE. They told me to pull the sending unit, put the bad one in the new kit with a note and put the return label on it and send it back. I know the UPS guy and he stood there in the garage shootin' the breeze while I did it and left with it.
