It's finally come down to this. Mentally, I just can't run a business anymore since my divorce. Enough of crying about it. it is what it is.
Now, for those of you that know me and have seen the shop, it speaks for itself (Rocky) and (Russ). It's 3 bays with 5 car capacity, 3 hoists, 3 flush machines (trans, coolant,fuel injection), is a very lucrative business and we grossed over $370K for a small 2 man shop. great clientele , awesome location on main st and the view of the fields and mountains out back. Everything is on 1 acre. There is a house (5 bedroom 2 bath) that is available too. I just posted it on CL portland. Shop is located in the rural town of Molalla Oregon

Is this something you would sell and stay there to work for the new owner.or until you get back on your feet?.if so I have been looking for an investment from when I sold my trucks (6)and I would rather invest it than pay the gov.for it!if not Ill cuntiyou living like a hermit I figure for about three yr.And I am very Sorry for the women trouble I have friends that's been in the same shape..If interested PM me you don't need sum nosy busybody in our business...........Artie

Take care of yourself. Divorce can be hard to deal with. Stick with close friends to get you through. We're here if you need us.
 
Man I really hope things get better for you, whatever path you take. Sad to see hard working folks have to close the doors, all the best to you.
 
Mike I kind of had a feeling about this when you spoke about moving cars back east. it is a real nice shop in a great rural area that is no joke. There is money in that area also. You heading back to Pensiltuckey, or thinking about it?
