Running new HD 340 Espo springs factory height build. I have an empty bare car with just the rear suspension. Appears quite high rise now. How much will it sink down when the car is built? Essentially it is a factory build with battery in rear, so, imagine a factory Duster 360 car.

Also, how much will the springs settle in a year?

I mean if the car is lower by 2" by the completed weight and settles 1" from springs settling in, I'll be in sweet spot city.

Otherwise I am in 4x4 territory. Shown is a 275/60r15 (not the final tire).

Trying to determine if I need to get 1.5" drop blocks or have to friggin take it apart and find a spring de-arch place.
I'd rather not flip the front hangers since it will raise the front of the spring angle upwards which I have heard changes the spring behavior adversely and make my pinion angle worse.

Thanks for any feedback.

i would wait until all is together, then give it a few months.it will settle down a bit.

Once you have the weight on the car, loosen the eye bolts and shock bolts and let it settle before tightening them up.

Agree that the tire sticks out too far and will hit at normal ride height.

Have those on 69 Formula S never came down to stiff for stocker.

Yea those tires barely fit inside the wheel well lip and will rub if they dip more than 1" past lip. I had them with other lower springs and they almost rubbed. Im running some mustang 17s with 255/45r17 tiros in the future.
