Will These Heads Fit my 273?

I have a 66 Dart 273 convert as my daily driver. It has 40 over flat top pistons with hydraulic lifters (and I assuming hydraulic cam as well).

I took my heads (920's) off my small block 273 and the machine shop said they are completely worn and will need new valves, guides need to be rolled, the seats are sunken and will likely need to be changed. The total cost will be around $900 to do it. I am thinking of buying some eddy heads because my long goal is to build a beasty 360. And I could just swap the heads over when the build is complete. That project has not started and it probably a year or more away though. So I am leaning toward the cheaper route. I found these heads on craigslist for $150 each. This is the descriptions and the part number....

Waterhouse Motors closed their doors July 2008 and this is the leftover cylinder heads we have. All heads are priced at $150.00 ea.

Each cylinder head has been remanufactured with the same procedures. Oven /shot blasted, Magnafluxed for cracks, new bronze guide liners, three angle seat maching, refaced valves, new valve springs. If you don't see what you want on this list, I don't have it. These heads are sold as is

$150 each for referb heads sounds really good. My question is will they fit my 273? The block has the date 11-11-65 on it.
