Left one is 3614368 with a cast date of 1-24-73 and the right one is 3418623 cast on 4-9-73.

3614368 is '72-'74 A body 340-360 LH
3418623 is '71-'73 A, B, E 340 RH and '71-'73 C body 360 RH

With those casting dates I would say yes, they are originally off a 340 but '73 340 and '74 360 will interchange and function the same.
The casting date usually precedes the car's build date by about 2 months or so, and they built 340 Dart Sports and Dusters until the third week in July of '73.
Then they started producing the 360 cars in August some time.
