Diabetic folks

I count carbs which is what my doctor told me to. I am limited to how much I have at each meal. Ink tell your wife if she doesn't want to end up on insulin or a insulin pump change her eating habits. I eat mainly proteins and veggies. Since being on the insulin pump, changing my diet my A1C has went from 11.3 down to 6.5.

My sugar level stayed high usually at least 400 when I woke up to 800 depending on what I ate. I am one of those rare people that can look at food and my sugar spikes. Now my average sugar level each day is 167, which is great. If I don't keep tomato juice to sip on when I wake up at night my sugar is low in the morning,if not it will be anywhere from 126-183.
