Who is the best big block head porter out there?

Has anyone used Performance CNC in Summerville SC? They have a CNC program for the eddy RPM's. He claimed 60hp with a port matched victor intake and his CNC porting service on my heads. 1,000 CNC port. 250 intake porting and port match.

Also talked to IMM engines in Indio CA. They hand port everything and want 1,500 heads and intake. He claimed 10.70's is what i'd see after he was done. He also wanted me to keep the performer RPm intake.

Also talked to Hensley Racing in Knoxville TN. 1,350 for stage III hand porting of heads and intake. He claimed hp in the 600 range and 10's.

Hughes is at 1250+the intake and they CNC port. He said 600hp and 10's.
