... and on a section of windy Oregon highway, it handled as good as anything else on the road back then.
I remember being VERY PO'd at some idiot in a VeeDub which I passed at least TWICE. He'd get the silly thing wound up going downhill and go sailing past, but down on a flat stretch I'd be wanting around him!! I freekin HATED hippies and vee dubs back then.
It's prolly a good thing I didn't have a pickup with a push bumper
