No more seling parts !!

The part that was shipped he got it. The part was damaged. I left ups know about it, I filled out a claim. I waited for the claim to go through. He couldn't wait, he wanted his money back. Fine. I sent him is money back, he got it. Now all he has to do is send the part back to ups so they can inspect it. To ship it back is free. All I want is to get some of my money back. He sent pictures of it,yes it is damaged & sucks that it happened. The ups store asked if I wanted it replaced or refund. I said replaced so the guy could atleast get the part he wanted. He couldn't wait. So here we are. Maybe im in the wrong. All I can do is listen & do what the ups store tells me. I have sent many many things out from this store & never had a problem. Hell if im in the wrong someone please tell me. I am man enough to admit when im wrong. No one is perfect

Well...

I don't exactly see where the buyer went wrong, or did anything wrong, unless you're saying he refuses to cooperate by sending the part back(?) If so, then, he got his money back and he has the (damaged) part? He would clearly be in the wrong.

As far as him not wanting to wait, I don't know the details, but there may be a valid reason for that. You certainly did your part to try to salvage the deal by sending him his money back. I don't feel either one of you are necessarily "in the wrong". Hopefully the part was packaged very well with plenty of packing materials to protect your item(s). If you have ever seen how the UPS drivers handle our packages you would be pissed. Especially if the box is a little heavy. The will not "stoop" to lay a box down, they will drop it to the concrete. And if they need a box at the fron of the truck that is burried, they will literally "climb" over a pile of boxes to get to it. Damage in transit must be prolific.

I certainly hope UPS will authorize your claim. But you shouldn't let this unfortunate problem keep you from selling your spare parts.
