I probably have most of the parts to save that car but certainly don't need another project. I can't even sell the one I have for the same price that is mostly there. Somebody should buy this one and my parts car and make one car.
I have most parts to restore that car except the bucket seats and glass but I wouldn't touch it. There are many many parts needed for that car that are convertible only so that limits your supply.
Convertible specific parts...
All glass except windshield
Rear seat
Exterior windshield trim
Top switch
Boot trim on the back of the seat
Boot trim around the back where the top attaches
Liner attaching straps
Rear plastic panels besides the seat
Special arm rests for the panels
Special ash trays for the panels
etc....
The list above will set you back some cash if you can find nice parts.
