Cheap insulation. Is there such a thing?

Look a Celtex it comes in 4x8 sheets and it is fairly cheap, it is foil backed foam.
Lowes sell it for about $7.00 a sheet.
I have it on the celing of my garage, it made a huge difference in keeping heat in.
