Help!!! Need Tuff Wheel Horn Center Cap Info!

I need some help, guys!
I recently purchased a very slightly used leather-wrapped MCB Tuff Wheel from a fellow FABO member for my '69 Dart build and want to use something different than the usual Tuff-type horn center cap.
I'm thinking about either the Barracuda-type rim blow steering wheel center cap

or the one-year-only Challenger rim blow center cap

if they'll fit or easily adaptable.
I'll probably be using a Grant steering wheel adapter to mount the steering wheel to the stock '69 Dart steering column.

The first aftermarket source I checked with told me the rim blow horn caps will sit too high and "look funky". But since it was all email communication, they may not have fully understood what I want to do.
So...how about it experts? Can the Rim Blow horn center caps be used with the Tuff wheels? And if they can, is there anything else that's needed to adapt them?
