How about a d300 1 ton with a 12' dump bed. My buddy who owns the trailer would not pull it with his 2010 Ram with a Hemi because it was too much for it. So I borrowed his trailer. I only towed it 25 miles but pulled two PA mountains!

Wow, reminds me of my cousin Billy who pulled his 70 Duster drag car on a trailer with his 95 Dodge Dakota standard cab shortbed 2wd!!! The truck was a 5.2 w/5spd but dang, the car and trailer together outweighed the truck!!! The trailer didn't have brakes either.
I remember riding with him to St. Louis(100mi one way) in it like that, I swear the front tires were bouncing off the ground. He did it like that for years until he bought a 95 dodge dually V10.
