I do like the show but I can also relate to Mark,the things that he is getting on the others about are pretty basic instructions that they mess up,often.
Some of Mark's problem is his instructions. He tells his people to do exactly what he instructs, but then he gives conflicting instructions. If you listen to the first show of this season carefully (I rolled it back to make sure I heard exactly what he said) and he told one of his people to go over all the torque readings on everything under the black Barracuda, "Starting at the back and check everything front to back". Physically can't be done! I'm sure he gives conflicting instructions offscreen as well and then won't take responsibility for them when he's called on it. He may only be joking with all of his physical threats, but he'd only pull that crap with me once and I'd be walking out the door. Don't have time for that.
