Graveyard Carz Coming Back

i watched the new season premier - a LITTLE better, BUT NOT MUCH....
they did a nice job on the 71 black cuda but i kept waiting for someone to drop a body hammer on one of the newly painted body panels "just for dramatic effect." and wow, what about the idiot "california loon" "fantasm" director "what's his name" and his "side kick" "what's his name" who was the "star" of the fantasm movies. wow, just when you thought there couldn't be more idiots on the show - those two pegged the idiot meter. they acted EXACTLY like what i would expect from a couple of so-called B-grade "movie" people. considering that it now costs at least $50k to do a complete tear down restoration of an E body cuda, i just can't imagine who is actually paying the big checks to this cast of clowns. as to mark's "inspection verification" of the 69 A12 super bee, i would love to have been a fly on old galen govier's wall while galen was watching that segment. i really didn't see any big mistakes in what mark said during his "inspection verification", however, i guess it was the smug "i know all this stuff and you don't" attitude that anoyed me. however, to be fair, i spent my high school years hanging out at my local plymouth dealer and street racing every weekend the cars that old mark and his gang are restoring. i'm sure i watch this show with a much too critical eye. for younger kids out there that were born after the muscle car craze was dead and buried, this show is probably entertaining - and all the "pretty colors" on the old cudas are nice to look at. i will probably continue to watch this show with my finger on the mute button clicking the volumn on and off until someone is actually working on one of the cars.
