Here's the '68 Valiant "400" Inland Mopars Car Club built as our charity-project car in 2008. Club members did all of the work except for paint and installation of the interior. We called it a "400" because it featured a 400 cid big-block, 727, and 8.75" rear. It also had complete RMS front AlterKtion and rear Street-Lynx rear suspension systems, custom Legendary interior and custom paint and pinstriping.
The car was raffled off and all proceeds donated to benefit the students at California School for the Deaf in Riverside, CA. It was won by a gentleman here in SoCal.

My son has a 71 Valiant 4 door and I have a 66 Valiant wagon. Both in process, no pics at this time...

I did have a 69 Valiant 4 door 273 car back in the day, but it got wrecked. Great daily drivers!

Saw the Foose show & thought it would take 6 days but in the end it took 10 years. Originally planned on doing a driver type deal but one thing lead to another & before you know it had it on a rotisserie. Many times got sick & tired & let it sit but eventually got it done. Fortunately had some other oldies to drive in the interim so no big deal.

Here are my 2 x 62's.....works in progress.

Thank you for the comment, you made my day!
Here's a little bit about the car.
The only options it came with from the factory are LH remote mirror, and automatic trans.
Yes, a '69 Valiant 100 2 door post 170 slant six, column auto, and radio delete. The power steering was added some time early in it's life. It was sold new in Niagara Falls, Ontario and made it's way to Alberta early on in it's life as well judging from the lack of severe rust that most Ontario cars are plagued with. It has some rust in the driver's side floor pan and a little in the bottom of the quarters and rear wheel lips. The trunk floor, inner fenders, frames, and rockers are dead solid.
I put in the 318 auto out of my rolled '70 Dart 4 door with 56,000 miles and upgraded it to bbp discs on the front and an 8 1/4'' bbp rear. i think i'm going to go with painted steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps with this one. I had the rallyes and the tires kicking around, so i used them for now. I think they look kinda out of place on a '69 though......
I might start a build thread on it later on if i get my Dart Sport build to where i want it this year, maybe in the fall or late summer.

Trying this again, this is my 65 Signet, before spring gets here it is going to get lowered, and power steering added.

Wow--that's awesome.
