there was a story on CNN about this, and they mentioned that the police had wanted to talk to him about the speeding issues earlier. He 'declined to talk to them'.
Huh???
Jeez, I bet everyone who has ever been arrested for anything knew that they just had to 'decline to talk' to the police and they'd leave you alone.
btw, best comment on CNN about this search warrant: "One thing they didn't find was TALENT"

In his defense…… All his fame and $$ he worked for. It was in no way a hand out. Good for him!
I think he started working at about 15 years old. In that time and how busy of a schedule he holds, I am sure it is the equivalent of working 20 years.
I myself don't care what he does. It is his life…… Let him live it and pay the consequences for it…… Just like everyone else.

Like the cops are the press and can be brushed aside. Love it.
Although, misleading interpretation could mean that it's an attorney representation issue. It doesn't say when or where the police were, when they wanted to talk to him, or even if they were just on the phone. If he had legal representation, he could decline if it as on a consenting basis. I'm wondering if this is the case, because if I were a cop and he said nothing to my questioning, I'd crack out the citations, if not the billy.
Actually, if I were a cop, I'd make use of my uniform and Justin's pretty mouth.
