It is a used radiator and has been sitting around for years. some finns may be dented or repaired years ago. If i where you get it pressure tested and make sure it is fine under pressure. I would consider it a core myself as it sits. If i were looking for one for my car that is missing the correct radiator, i would buy one and have it recored, as i would never want to trust an old used radiator with my expensive motor. Just my 2 cents.
