From what information that I have found. Ted Spehar and Ralph Costa picked up the Dart at the Factory.

This car was 'not' delivered to any Dealership.

Ted Spehar and Ralph Costa were Dodge Division 'factory-backed' in that Dart.

Remember, Ralph Costa {Birmingham, Michigan} was 'super successful' during 1965 with his 1965 'F/SA'
Barracuda 273/235 HP.

Not sure what price they paid for the D/Dart, but I'm sure Dick Maxwell made sure they got a Factory Cost price........
