Haven't worked since my shoulder surgery in September. Heat and air shop has been locked up since then. Still trying to collect from customers we did work for in the months before. I feel yer pain Leanna.:wack:

I'll bite --what are the completed non paid for items--- wishing you a prosperous 2014, amazing how life & people prioritize.
Your work looks fabulous--

Lawrence

Thanks for the kind offer Mike and Ulf but there's no need for you (or me) to finance other people's car builds. Thanks too to whomever got me Gold again! I don't know who it was but I thank you for it. Please let me know who you are by email so I can eventually make it right. :-D (Just saw your post there Karl ... the Blue Room is a bit much for me LOL -- I've got my own to play with. ;-) )
Yeah, yeah.... Sure rub it in.... ( . ) ( . ) :-D
I would ... but those are too small. LMAO
That's what she said....
ROFLMAO! We need an "epic posts" thread! This would be perfect for it!

Post up a list of parts for sale Leanna. I'm sure there's folks here that need them

I would sure think she would have to notify the owner to pay up before she could even begin to post them for sale here!!

It's posted on the site, so they should know. But I am sure she will anyways. It's almost end of money can't wait to see whats for sale:happy1:

Yes Kim, you're right -- and I have. More than once in fact. I'm still waiting to hear back from the +/- $700 "big job" guy who hasn't contacted me since mid-December when he first saw (and said he loved) his Powder ****.

I'd much rather work with people than be made to feel like an extortionist when it comes time to pay for it and this usually isn't a problem, especially in dealing with FABO members. But when they ignore me completely or don't even try to make an interim payment, I have no other recourse except this. (In fact, since the shop opened in 2007, I've only had to sell two.)

Yes, Billy tells me I'm too easygoing and a total pushover, and that may be true ... but it's only because I've been in all of your shoes before myself (well, except for the wealthy ones' lol) and know full well that "$hit happens" and emergencies arise. It just makes me sad that it has to come to this.

In the meantime, thanks again for all of your support through the years! The last few days have shown me one thing ...

Leanna you have shown many times since I have been a member that you truly care about helping people in need. I happy to see many people have stepped up and helped you stay gold. You are truly an asset to FABO and the site would not be the same if you were not here. People that hire you to do powder coating have to understand that it is a contract and need to pay up. Times are tough for everyone but people need to at least contact and try to work out paying for their parts. You need to look after yourself and sell these parts to cover the work you have done and not feel guilty at all. Take care of you and your family and I will keep you in my prayers. Bill

Oh, these guys haven't skipped anywhere ... but if that ever comes up in the future, I'll let you know mikey! (Welcome to Gold membership by the way.)

It's improved a bit with a couple smaller jobs paid since Sunday, but that's just downright embarrassing. Nine cents lol ........ Yes, I'm laughing because that's all I can do. :-D

Thanks again for all the support gang!
