Anyone else dream of E-Body ownership?

I 'm all for liking the E body cars, I even owned a 70R/T at one time. Are they the best cars designed at the time? Not really. In1970 believe it or not one of the lowest in demand cars for Chrysler was a 1970 Barracuda. Dealers had trouble selling them, as the challenger eclipsed The Barracuda. 1971 was worse, where Women again bought the Challenger, with the larger back seat. If there had been 90k Barracudas made then, the Plymouth wouldn't be fetching the prices they are today. In 1971 you couldn't give a Superbird away either. I know it sounds funny, but 1970 Roadrunners also weren't popular. The Charger was by far more popular, and the coronet was dead in the water. . Hemi's were a hard sell, as they were finicky. Now, Today it's all about production numbers. The A and B bodies are great, in that enough were made so today we can still afford them, they were great cars! being around then, my memory is clear!
