Don't Laugh at Military Graves

So when someone visits Arlington, they're not allowed to talk or laugh?
This past spring when I visited my father's grave (WWII vet Africa, Sicily, Italy) with my sister, we talked and laughed. Just as he would have wanted it.
My fathers grave is also at Arlington National. Retired Major Army Air Corp/ Air Force Vet. that retired from active duty in 1968 flew on 19 B-17 missions and was also in North Africa, Sicily and Italy with 93rd bomb group. Served as flight trainer in Korean Conflict. If I was their during that little outburst someone would have been on the ground getting his *** kicked and that would be on you-tube instead.
