A-Body made a spot on a Super Bowl ad!

Good stuff for sure after several lame attempts from other companies ads that one made up for the lack of creativity. I'll put that one in the top five this year.

I paused the commercial to she my son the dart.the Paul Harvey/farmer commercial was my favorite but this one is at the top also.
Side note, anyone see the last Supernatural episode?A super nice 72 dart swinger done up old school style.Sam drove it the left it sitting at the end.I was hoping it would be around longer.

Really liked that blue color with tail stripe in Supernatural.

Not only that, it was patriotic, and what gets better then Dylan.

I already posted. This is BS. Trumping up a bunch of 60's patriatism to buy a Fiat, and "we" didn't build the first freeways as suggested in the commercial.

Not all Chryslers are fiats..Still built here by our American brothers and sisters keeping a lot of jobs here in America. Italy is way better than china like chevy is doing.

Staying out of the politics in this one. I dig the ad and I dig Bob Dylan...though this is not what I ever would have expected from the guy. Oh well. :)

I'm proud of a great deal of what our country has done and building the best cars in the world is one of those things. Yes, there was a prolonged rough patch (probably from the mid 70s-90s) but those days are gone.

Some of you guys complain about Fiat...and yes, I'd prefer it if the owners of our favorite auto maker were here in the states but the world is a much smaller place than it used to be...and I'm much happier to accept ownership by Fiat (where they make a sincere effort to build GOOD cars) than by Cerberus Capital (who was there merely to pillage) or a hostile takeover by Daimler (who was there for God knows what reason).

By all accounts, Marchionne is a real car guy and I think we could do much worse for a CEO.

Seeing the '74+ Dart in the ad was a nice little moment. It's cool that they recognize how important our modest little Abody cars were. They just as easily could have stuck a '69 Charger in there.

They could have used a charger but I think it was pre planned. Not just any car of the past but a four door. The new dart and 200 are four door small affordable cars.I dont think they just grabbed the first mopar the came across. The dart is actually the best comparison.
