I was pulled over for a retired af plate frame could not believe it. I also have a disabled military plate. The trooper showed me the reg in the PA code book and if any part of the plate is covered it is illegal.
That's what I would call probable cause! They pull you over for something "technically" illegal (but very insignificant) and hope that you're in the "percentage" that's DUI, suspended, high, a fugitive, or any other larger infraction they can then charge you with!! BS!!!!
