That's when you note company names and start making calls to said company's safety departments. "One of your trucks just tried to run me off the road" gets you their UNDIVIDED attention very quickly!
Best way I have found to get past dickhead truckers is velocity: never seen a semi that could wind it up to 85-90 for any length of time...if they can, it takes quite a while.
