Those factory shouldered bolts that hold the caliper to the spindle have a shoulder for a reason. Those replacement bolts probably don't fit very snug in the caliper and may loosen up over time. Could be dangerous.


Hmm,I doubt it. Clamping force comes from the threads. If it's a real worry,could always sleeve the bolt for a snug fit.

I tend to worry more about the wear areas on the calipers,where the brake shoes slide. Those,if grooved can cause brakes to stick. Not a good thing.
