have done both with no modifications to the brackets..

you actually have more room with power brakes because a PB booster is small in dia and sits kinda high so the entire set up moves up and away from the motor..

did power steering with a set of pro parts headers. very tight but had a stock box, normal big block pump and brackets and didn't have to ding any header tubes.. :)
