Hello,

I'm trying to find some replacement hoses for my dash vent defroster and heater hose. Anyone have any suggestions? I can't get to the dash vent at the time but they look to have smaller connections than the connections below the glove box. Classic Industries.com have a listing for some, but 50 bucks seems kinda pricey for 2 hoses.

There going in a 4 door '72 Plymouth valiant with no A/C. If anyone knows the exact measurements that would be helpful too!

Thanks for the info. I believe the 2.5" hose will fit the dash vent part, but how can I make the 2.5" fit snugly onto the outlets near the heater core since their smaller? How many feet per hose would be best to get? Thanks!

Richard Ehrenberg was listing those on eBay for the longest time! Maybe message him through there, his eBay ID is "rehrenberg"!

FYI, the top diameter is 2.5", the bottom is 2"! Hope this helps, Geof

I just got hose at Napa (they sell it in different increments), and used a piece of the old hose to make up the difference & duct tape on the bigger end to smaller pipe. It worked fine, may not be OEM, but who is going to look under the dash.
Got like 20' for $15.00

I did pretty much the same thing, only I used a peice of foam tube pipe insulation to make the adapter.
I think it was about the same price.
