They won't fit the first gen barracudas for the same reason they didn't fit my Dart. The offset is such that the tire will jut out beyond your rear wheel well, and being that your rear wheels tuck behind that lip, your rear wheels won't have room to articulate with the suspension. You would need to flare the rear wheel wells a bit.
