My '69 Dart is a 383, 4speed with manual steering. From what I understand my car before I purchased it from the previous owner was the one used for the mock up of these headers and the headers on it now were the prototypes for what he sells now. I don't have any complaints with the quality, the flanges on mine are like 3/8", everything clears. If you do not have your engine tied and your mounts have some flex they may rub on the steering since it runs through 2 tubes and on the a passenger side tube may bump the inner fender.
