Power Steering Pump rebuilt!
Yes I left all the steps out. lol Was in a big damn hurry to work on my seats.
No step by step but I did look at the FSM after I disassembled it. Here is a good tip that I did not do: After you pull the pulley off (Used a gear puller..Harbor Freight)
There is a retaining ring that you use a drift and hammer to loosen, that part comes apart pretty easy. You are supposed to use a center punch and mark the nut and case for reference when you put it back together you put the right amount of pre-load on on the bearing. I had to pull my pulley back off and loosen it a bit.
Here's a few more pics:
I used a hose clamp to hold the pump blades to the pump, have to compress the springs so it will slide together. Blades have to go with notch facing one side and cant remember but if you need directions pm me and I will send them. Lot easier to read than the tiny paper that was in the rebuild kit.
