Good cam size for stock 318 bottom on boost

Here is the cams your guys told me but the flat tappet one I want right? CRN-694571
But love the rpm range on this one CCA-20-228-4 and it's cheaper then the first one. Or is that too big a .546 lift of whatever it was.? I'm asking all these questions because j don't know about boost and building motors. All I want is a faster then 11.5 car on boost

My list is -
Stock bottom 318.
.528 or a good size cam(flat tappet because cheaper)
Milled down 360 j heads. With springs that are my the lift size.
750 cfm double pumper blow through Quick Fuel carb.
Weiand single plane intake.
Proform 1.6 roller rockers.
46mm percision Wastegate.
Borg warner or something 67-70mm turbo.
Arp head studs with felpro head gaskets.
Running a orange box with a two post ballast resistor.
3200-4000 stall. Whatever you guys think is best.
Late model Dakota manifolds 1993 the year they were bigger.
727 with manual valve body.
Hurst quarter stick shifter.
50mm bov.
Intercooler. Not sure on size yet.
Think that's all for motor setup I think. Hope the info helps.
