just curious , since i work in a Chrysler dealer , a lot of the guys here were kiding and told me to put a viper engine in my cuda , that it was a very easy engine to work on ( maybe the easiest as they say ) , and lots of power stock...

does anybody ever drove one ? ive seen a lot of magazines and post on internet , a lot of e-bodie owners as done this swap ....is it Worth it ? i love the fact of a efi firing up , and drive you everywhere , with power !

They have good power. Not any type of power you couldn't get from a v8 but it's more for the cool factor. I have no clue about swapping them but I saw one at the nats in a road runner a few years back. Maybe ask around on their forum for a starting point.

in a road runner ? wow, what year ?

1969? It was like four years ago. Sitting in the car corral on a trailer in primer. I think the guy was asking like 20,000. Memories a bit fuzzy but I remember it was a road runner or other b body on a trailer
Half finished.

I would say don't bother. In my opinion they sound awful. Seen a few of the drag pack challenger's with the viper motor at maple grove and they sound broken. Put your money into building a good big block and drive it.

I remember a guy on here once was putting a 528 hemi in a Viper. Cool build. I think it got abandoned like the darcuda did.

Lots of money. Not sure the result is worth it unless you're looking to have something unique.
